WTCB offers a signature, specialized, and exclusive culinary service, providing original and varied gastronomic solutions for any need and event format: coffee breaks, gala dinners, cocktails, and more. Their cuisine combines the finesse of traditional cooking with new culinary trends to satisfy the most demanding palates. They select the best fresh, seasonal products, insisting on the highest quality, and prepare them in a traditional way with innovative presentation—blending textures and colors to stimulate all the senses.
02. How far in advance should I book a room?
It’s recommended to contact the WTCB team as soon as possible to ensure availability and proper planning of your event. You can do so via email at congresos@wtcbarcelonaevents.com or by calling +34 934 458 989. Ideally, book at least two months in advance, but inquiries can be made as late as one week before.
03. Are the rooms equipped with presentation technology?
Yes, WTCB’s rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, communication systems, Wi-Fi, and simultaneous interpretation service. Additionally, there’s a new 24 m² curved LED screen and a high-tech video management system that allows great flexibility, enabling personalized compositions and adaptation to a wide range of formats tailored to each event’s needs.
